Junior Miss Bluebonnet is Miss Leighton Macri, hailing from the great state of Texas. She is proud to live in her small town of Needville, TX, and is in 3rd grade. She is the daughter of Justin and Brittany Macri. Leighton is committed to volunteering and sharing her love for Agriculture. She is currently participating in multiple organizations to give back to her community. Leighton boasts her ranching roots as an avid member of the Needville 4-H Club, where she shows mini-Hereford and Simbrah cattle. She spends many hours in the barn and on the road but still makes sure to hold her honor roll status at school. Her dedication to excellence helped earn her a yellow belt in Tae Kwon Do. This young lady is tiny but mighty, she puts her all into everything she does and has a heart as big as Texas.
