Rules & Eligibility

Must be a US Citizen.
Age Division is based on January 1 of the competition year.
The contestant must be a naturally born female.
I live, work or attend school in the state I am representing.
Contestants or Contestants’ parents (if the child is under 18 years of age) affirm that she is and will continue to be a person of good character.
Contestant and Contestant’s Supporters, Guests, or Visitors, will conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner at all times during the state and national pageants. Bad sportsmanship is NOT tolerated and will be grounds for removal of the Contestant from the pageant without a refund.
The contestant promises not to slander the Miss agHERculture Pageant, its directors, peers, judges, volunteers, or anyone else affiliated with the pageant.
National winners may not compete in another Miss agHERculture Pageant state or national competition until they have aged into another division.
The contestant and the Contestants’ parents or legal guardians agree to abide by eligibility requirements and affirm that all information provided is true.
The contestant agrees to provide an original copy of her birth certificate to verify age and gender upon request. I can also provide a marrige certificate if requested.
All Fees are Non Refundable.
Neither the contestant, nor any of her immediate family members, may be employed by Miss agHERculture Pageant, nor the Miss agHERculture Pageant that directs the state pageant for which her application applies.
Each contestant permits Miss agHERculture Pageant to use the contestant’s photographs, speeches, testimonials, videos, etc., for publicity purposes and future material.

Participant Agreement

I agree that I meet all requirements of the Miss agHERculture Pageant. As a Young Miss contestant, I have never been married or given birth to a child and I will be between the ages of 7 and 9 on or before January 1, 2026. As a Junior Miss contestant, I have never been married or given birth to a child and I will be between the ages of 10 and 12 on or before January 1, 2026. As a Teen Miss contestant, I have never been married or given birth to a child and I will be between the ages of 13 and 16 on or before January 1, 2026. As a Miss contestant, I have never been married or given birth to a child and I will be between the ages of 16 and 21 on or before January 1, 2026. As a Ms. contestant, I am not married, but could be divorced, widowed or have a child and I will be between the ages of 22 and 35 on or before January 1, 2026. As a Mrs. contestant, I am legally married and I will be between the ages of 22 and 35 on or before January 1, 2026. As an Elegant Ms. contestant, I am married, divorced, widowed, or can have a child and I will be between the ages of 35 and 100 on or before January 1, 2026.
I agree that I am a United States citizen and I was born female. I can provide a birth certificate to verify age or gender if requested. I can also provide a marrige certificate if requested.
I agree that I live, work or attend school in the state I am registering to represent.
I am of good health and moral character. I understand I will not slander the Miss agHERculture Pageant, its directors, peers, judges, volunteers, or anyone affiliated with the pageant. I understand that I am responsible for my Supporters, Guests or Visitors. They will conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner at all times during the state, national pageants, and affiliated events. Bad sportsmanship is NOT tolerated and will be grounds for removal of the Contestant from the pageant without a refund.
I will not consume alcoholic beverages (over the age of 21), or publicly smoke while in sash during being a title holder. The use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
The Miss agHERuclture organization, its directors, staff, and sponsors are not responsible for personal injury to anyone or damages during the pageant or contestants' reign.
I understand that if I am selected as an at-large contestant, my entry fee and travel expenses will be my responsibility.
I permit my photograph, likeness, voice recording, and name to be used without charge for publicity and commercial purposes. I understand that I may appear on television, social media, and in print.
Miss agHERculture LLC name and logo are Trademarked and can NOT be used by contestant or any party unless authorized by Miss agHERculture LLC. NO merchandise (appareal, cards, parade banner, etc) can be created or printed by unauthorized vendors.
I understand that as a Miss agHERculture system titleholder, including city, state and national; misrepresentation of my title, in any way, shape, or form is considered fraud and is grounds for immediate disqualification and termination of contract without compensation. In this event, all prizes, including crown and banner when applicable, will be returned in the condition it was received at the expense of the titleholder.
I understand that all registrations and entry fees are non-refundable and FINAL. If the state or national title holder does not comply with these rules and regulations then titles will be forfeited without refund.
